Costumers can make order by choosing code / style of furniture's by providing update size, color and quantity. You can choose the product from our online catalog, and send the inquiry. To make a special order, please send your request by email including detail size, drawing design or photo.
The prices are negotiable. Orders will be processed, after the costumer pay for 50% of deposit or paid. Production time 30-50 days after confirmed order and depend on the amount of orders.
Order System

1. Sample or Retail order
For sample or retail order (Maximum 10 unit) will be send by air/sea freight. Shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Furniture price an air freight/sea freight (per cubic meter) + forwarder fees.
2. Trial order or Less Container Loading (LCL)
The LCL is customer buy the furniture from us only few nits so the volume less than 1x20 ft container. The minimum order are 10 pieces and maximum are 70 pieces. It also can consolidate with your other suppliers. The delivery time will be depend on buyer. If consolidate with other companies, it should be have same delivery time. (Usually need 30-45 days after all order is complete and after the balance is paid) .
3. Full Container Loading (FCL)
We will use FCL if the order more than 70 pieces. It can 1x20 ft container or 1x40 ft container depends or the quantity.
Delivery Time : 30 - 45 days after all order is complete and after the balance is paid.
Guarantee

Any complain must be with the evidence, such as photographs. We need 3 photographs (it takes from front-side, side and back-side, especially for chair, we also need the leg's photograph) for each complained units. We realize that complain could be come it due to some wrongs with us, it's wrong with taking out from container. We will replace the claim when we already receive briefly arrival notice and original photos of damage furniture's.
